Our Shutter Guarantee
Every shutter we supply carries a written guarantee from Sterling Grid Security Ltd. The cover you get depends on the collection you choose — our two composite ranges carry ten years.

Why the composite ranges carry longer cover
Classic and Endurance are engineered composites rather than natural timber. They do not absorb moisture, swell or warp in the way wood can, which is why they are the ranges we recommend for bathrooms, kitchens and other humid rooms — and why they carry ten years rather than five.
Classic is also our most affordable collection. You are not paying more for the longer guarantee.
What you need to do
- Measure carefully. We make each shutter to the millimetres you give us. Incorrect measurements are not covered.
- Fit them properly. Follow our self-fitment guide — installation defects are excluded.
- Check on collection. Report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours.
What the guarantee does not cover: fair wear and tear · accident, misuse, neglect or wilful damage · installation defects · incorrect measurements supplied to us · unauthorised modifications · use outside normal domestic conditions · improper exposure to heat, steam or water · failure to follow our maintenance guidance.
